Meet Top Chef's Eddie Konrad, Mercy CTE Class of '04, while enjoying libations, sumptuous food stations, and student demonstrations within seven career programs.

Enjoy libations and sumptuous food stations as you tour the school to watch students demonstrate their skills within seven career programs: Advertising Art & Web Design, Business, Building Trades, Computer Technology, Culinary & Pastry Arts, Cosmetology, and Health Occupations.
8:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Gather in the auditorium for a program and remarks by Chef Eddie Konrad, '04 on how Mercy CTE set him on the path to a successful career, and from Sister Rosemary Herron, RSM on what's new and what's next, followed by student-made desserts.
Chef Edmund “Eddie” Konrad graduated from Mercy CTE’s Culinary Arts program in 2004 and went on to continue his education at Johnson & Wales University. Eddie has worked in many influential restaurants including Del Posto, the Italian restaurant owned by Lidia Bastianich in New York City, as well as Philadelphia’s late, great Le Bec-Fin, and Laurel, a French-inspired New American restaurant in South Philadelphia owned by Top Chef winner Nicholas Elmi. Eddie was a contestant on Season 16 of Bravo’s Top Chef and we are honored to welcome him back to Mercy CTE for our fall fundraiser!
